Desperately Seeking Bookworm

Here it is, the final subscription box review of 2016, in 2017. It's gonna take me awhile to get back into the swing of writing and reading again. I'm really working on it because one of my goals for the year is to focus on this blog. I'm working on redesigning everything and really getting my act together. Like I said I have big things planned for us this year. For now though let's relive the month of December in the form of my all time favorite subscription box, Sephora Play! Lancome Hypnose Drama Instant Full Body Volume Mascara (Full-size $27.50): Does anyone really like this mascara? I've always been kind of eh on Lancome mascaras in general. I'm jealous that the other box variation got the Bobbi Brown Smokey mascara because I've heard it's a wonder in a tube.This has an S shaped wand and I never thought it did a good job at defining my lashes. This is my second time writing this post and I'm not happy about it. I had originally written it on my phone and then Blogger froze and deleted EVERYTHING! I was finished with the post (sans pictures) and that damn app upset me, grrr. So now here I am again writing this post, which is hopefully as fabulous as the first post that I had written. Makeup Forever Artist Eyeshadow & Powder Blush I544 Pink Granite (Full-size $21):  You can use this as a blush? Hmm I'm not sure I would want this color on my cheeks, but that's good to know for future purchases. I'm very impressed by this shadow. Again, I've never used MUFE shadows before and this was just perfect. It doesn't swatch particularly well, its a glittery taupe that leans pink, but you really do need to build it up. I haven't tried it layered over a cream shadow, but I think it will be perfect for that. I'm also happy that we are able to depot this and stick it in a palette. Much appreciation Seph...
